OLTREPÒ PAVESE ROSSO DOC
Very deep and dense cherry red color. The perfume, after the light notes of overripe fruit and plum jam, opens up to toasted and spicy sensations of extreme elegance. On the palate, it is warm, and full, with important but sweet tannins. It is a long-aging wine.

Croatina (40%), Barbera (55%), Uva Rara and Ughetta (5%).

VINIFICATION
It is carried out in the traditional way, maceration in contact with the skins and fermentation at a temperature of 25° C with daily punching down for about ten days. At the end of the primary fermentation, the wine is placed in 4.5 hl oak tonneaux for 12-14 months where malolactic fermentation takes place.
