SAUVIGNON OLTREPÒ PAVESE DOC

Straw yellow color with bright reflections. The nose is intense and persistent with hints of minerals and of very ripe exotic fruit: grapefruit and passion fruit. The taste is dry, fresh, and elegant with good aromatic persistence.

100% Sauvignon.

ORIGIN
in the past, the Masaria vineyard was entrusted to our “Masè” that is the sharecroppers, hence the name. Here the strong temperature ranges and the strong presence of limestone in the soils make it possible to obtain wines of great freshness and with an enveloping scent.

marl-loamy with a high presence of active limestone.

vertical shoot positioning – guyot pruning.

VINIFICATION
Soft pressing and vinification in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. It ages 9 months in stainless steel on its fine lees at the end of which it is left in the bottle for 3 months before release.
