OLTREPÒ PAVESE PINOT NERO VINIFICATO IN BIANCO DOC

Light straw yellow color with bright reflections. The subtle but clear scent of fresh white flowers with accents of fresh white pulp fruit fused with a very slight note of yeast. The taste is fresh, lively, quite savory, and elegant with good aromatic persistence.

100% Pinot Noir.

ORIGIN
the Cà Nova vineyard is located in the municipality of Zenevredo in the first hilly area, here we find vines of over 50 years.

150 m asl.

SOIL
clayey, fertile, and very deep.

CULTIVATION
vertical shoot positioning – guyot pruning.

PLANT DENSITY
2500 plants/hectare.

VINIFICATION
soft pressing, and vinification in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. At a first fermentation, follows a second which gives the wine that natural liveliness that makes it particularly drinkable. It rests for 3 months in the bottle before being sold.
