Brillant golden colour with an intense bouquet: after the first notes of ripe fruit and honey, follow notes of vanilla mixed with spices lingering until the mineral notes. On the tongue, the wine is sweet, full bodied and warm, balanced with a lasting freshness.

GRAPE VARIETAL
Sauvignon Blanc 100%.

VINEYARD
located in Montù Beccaria at 200 m s.l.m., north facing.

SOIL
mixed composition, calcareous-clayey.

VITICULTURE
vertical shoot positioned, guyot pruning with low yield (50-60 hl/ha).

WINEMAKING
made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes that were picked very ripe at the stage of pourrituoure noble. Vinified at the end of November or the beginning of December. After pressing , fermentation is very slow and lasts from four to six months in small oak barrels.
